Greetings Super Wonder Women and those who are ready to live a FREELIFE! Free from stress, free from worry, and free from doubt! You are ready to live your best life with calm, confidence and clarity! It's Dr. Michelle here your holistic physician who specializes in the release of stress simply and naturally.
I LOVE NEW beginnings! A new day, a new week, a new month, a new opportunity! August. The 8th month, ripe for fresh and new beginnings.

Whether you are looking to start a new job, business, relationship or just a fresh perspective and some change in your life, use the following tips to help get you in action. 

1.  Release   
To start something new, you have to release something old. Old isn't always bad. Things from the past are what have helped shape who you are today and the wisdom you carry. Release the things from the past that will not serve you in the future. It's like releasing old clothes from your closet to make room for new ones. You must make room for the new and improved version of your life.

2. 20/20 Vision
Imagine what your new start is going to look like. Some people already have an idea while others never thought about it before because they believed it would never happen. See it, feel it, hear it taste it. Visualize like it is already here. This brings us to the next tip.

3. Believe

Without a belief that a change is possible, you will find it very difficult to get to that place. You will also offer up every imaginable excuse as to why it cannot happen and put up mental roadblocks. Trust me, when you do believe, you will start to look for ways to make the change and the people and resources necessary will show up.

4. Support 
Having the support of those around you is going to go a long way in helping you start a new life. If the people around you don't create a different circle that will provide the support and accountability you need. This is NOT the time to have a "Negative Nancy" around you which can
cause stress and discouragement as you embark on this new phase in your life. When you have a supportive network, they will help you do what is necessary to get to your new destination.

5.  Try Something New 
Try something you’ve never tried before. Get outside your comfort zone by doing something that you never imagined you would try. This enhances your intellectual wellness and opens your mind for this next phase in your life. It's like priming the pump for a well so it will be ready to flow. Whether it's taking a class or a new hobby that you have been interested in. The process that you will go through to learn these new skills will give you a new self-identity and can boost your self-esteem.  I invite you to try something new. It will help you release stress and the old ways of thinking that have paralyzed your present preventing you from stepping into your new! You will recharge a fresh belief in yourself and your capabilities, all while being surrounded by a group of supportive Super Wonder Women.
